1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "plus774" refers to the online gaming platform accessible at plus774.net, operated under a license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
• "Player" / "User" refers to any individual who has registered a verified account with plus774 and uses the platform to participate in any available gaming activities.

• "Platform" refers to the plus774 website, mobile web application, and all associated services, features, games, and tools available through plus774.net.
• "Funds" refers to Philippine Peso (PHP) amounts deposited by the Player into their plus774 account wallet for the purpose of wagering.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bet amounts, cashback awards, or other non-cash value credited to a Player's account by plus774 as part of a promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the minimum total betting turnover that must be completed before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government regulatory body responsible for licensing and supervising gaming operations in the Republic of the Philippines.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process required by plus774 and PAGCOR regulations, involving submission of government-issued identification and supporting documentation.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" refers to any country, territory, or region where access to or use of online gaming platforms is restricted or prohibited under applicable local law.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the plus774 platform, completing the registration process, or placing any wager through plus774, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions, the plus774 Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the platform. These documents collectively form the entire agreement between you and plus774.

Your continued use of the plus774 platform following any published amendment to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. plus774 will notify registered players of material changes via email and platform notification where reasonably practicable.

3. Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

In accordance with PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law, access to and use of plus774 is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. By registering an account, you warrant that you are 21 years old or above. plus774 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately suspended, all pending transactions cancelled, and any remaining balance handled in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

plus774 is licensed to operate in the Philippines and is primarily intended for Filipino players residing in the Republic of the Philippines. It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing plus774 is lawful in their jurisdiction. plus774 does not accept registrations from players in Prohibited Jurisdictions.

3.3 Registration Requirements

To create a plus774 account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact number, and a valid email address. You agree to promptly update your registration information if any details change. plus774 is not liable for account issues arising from inaccurate or outdated registration information provided by the Player.

3.4 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account with plus774. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using the same identity, different identities, or shared device/payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the permanent forfeiture of any balances held therein.

3.5 KYC Verification

plus774 is required by PAGCOR regulations to conduct identity verification (KYC) for all registered accounts. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued photo identification (such as a Philippine National ID, passport, SSS ID, or driver's license) and proof of address. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may have withdrawal privileges suspended until verification is complete.

4. Account Management

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your plus774 account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. plus774 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for additional account security. Any activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, is your responsibility unless you have promptly notified plus774 of unauthorised access.

4.2 Account Suspension and Closure

plus774 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, money laundering, underage gambling, bonus abuse, or any other prohibited conduct. Players may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting plus774 customer support.

4.3 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if the Player has not logged in for a continuous period of 12 months. plus774 may apply a monthly inactivity fee of ₱50 to inactive accounts with remaining balances, following prior written notice to the registered email address. Players are advised to log in periodically or withdraw their remaining balance before the account reaches inactive status.

• plus774 will send an inactivity notification to your registered email 30 days before fees commence.
• Inactivity fees will not reduce an account balance below zero.
• Reactivating your account by logging in will stop further inactivity fee deductions.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

plus774 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Philippine-native payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO (Banco de Oro), Metrobank, and 7-Eleven over-the-counter cash payments. All transactions are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). plus774 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own service charges.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set per payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction in your plus774 account cashier. Withdrawal limits may be subject to KYC verification status and account tier. plus774 reserves the right to modify transaction limits at any time with reasonable notice to Players.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed as follows:

• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals: typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes for verified accounts.
• BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfers: typically processed within 1 to 3 banking business days.
• All withdrawals are subject to KYC verification and fraud screening review before processing.
• plus774 may request additional documentation before approving withdrawal requests exceeding set thresholds.

5.4 Currency and Taxes

All account balances and transactions on plus774 are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Players are solely responsible for any applicable income tax obligations arising from gaming winnings under Philippine law. plus774 does not provide tax advice and recommends that Players consult a qualified tax professional regarding their individual obligations.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotional offers, free bets, cashback rewards, referral credits, and other incentives offered by plus774 are subject to these general terms and any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between general bonus terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the promotion-specific terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated in the relevant promotion's terms. Bonus Funds and their winnings remain in a locked state until the wagering requirement is fully met.

6.3 Bonus Eligibility and Restrictions

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. New player welcome bonuses are available once per household, device, and payment method.
• plus774 reserves the right to exclude specific games from contributing to wagering requirements.
• Bonus Funds carry expiry dates. Any uncompleted wagering requirements or unused Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon expiry.
• plus774 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice.
• Suspected bonus abuse — including but not limited to coordinated wagering, low-risk wagering strategies to clear wagering requirements, or multiple accounts claiming the same bonus — will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account suspension.

7. Betting Rules

All bets placed on plus774 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the game, sport, or event wagered upon. Game-specific rules are accessible within each game's interface or betting market. The following general betting rules apply across all products on plus774:

• Bets are final and binding once confirmed. Cancellation of confirmed bets is not permitted except where expressly allowed under the specific game or market rules.
• plus774 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event affected by error, system malfunction, or data feed failure. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's account.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet, the decision of plus774's relevant game provider or trading team shall be final, subject to regulatory review where applicable.
• Bets placed after the official start time of an event — where in-play betting is not offered — will be voided and the stake returned.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game, market, and account tier. These are displayed at the point of wagering.
• plus774 reserves the right to limit the betting activity of any account at its discretion, including restricting stakes or markets, without being required to provide a reason.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on plus774. Engaging in prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent banning, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering or using an account if you are under 21 years of age, or in a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Registering or operating more than one account, whether in your own name or under another identity.
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorism financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other players, or any form of coordinated or fraudulent wagering.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software errors, game glitches, or pricing errors for financial gain. Any winnings arising from such exploitation will be voided.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing plus774 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access areas of the platform beyond your authorised account permissions, or attempting to compromise the platform's security.
• Engaging in systematic bonus abuse, including creating accounts with the sole purpose of claiming promotional offers.

9. Intellectual Property

All content available on the plus774 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software, and the overall design and layout of the platform — is the exclusive property of plus774 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the plus774 platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming activities. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any plus774 content without the prior written consent of plus774.

Game content provided by third-party studios (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Jili, and others) remains the intellectual property of the respective provider and is subject to the terms of their applicable licences.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, plus774 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the plus774 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

plus774 makes no warranty that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from technical defects. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service outages, and force majeure events may affect platform availability. plus774 is not liable for losses incurred as a result of platform unavailability beyond its reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude plus774's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

11. Responsible Gaming

plus774 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across its entire player community. We recognise that for a small percentage of players, gaming can become problematic. plus774 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account to control your spending.

Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not change the substance of any term, or updates required by regulatory changes) may take effect immediately upon publication. The "Effective Date" displayed at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent substantive update.

Your continued use of the plus774 platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using plus774 and may request account closure in accordance with Section 4.2.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, your plus774 account, or your use of the plus774 platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, Players are required to first submit a written complaint to plus774 customer support at [email protected]. plus774 will endeavour to resolve complaints within 10 business days of receipt. If the dispute cannot be resolved through this internal process, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism or the appropriate Philippine courts.

As a PAGCOR-licensed operator, plus774 is subject to PAGCOR's regulatory oversight and Player dispute resolution procedures. Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed by plus774 may contact PAGCOR directly in accordance with PAGCOR's published guidelines.
